These are the simple rules for using my website and tools. By buying or using my starter kits, you agree to these rules.

1. Agreeing to the Rules

If you use this site or buy my code, you are agreeing to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What I Provide

I provide professional starter kits (boilerplates) to help you build and launch websites fast. When you buy a license, you get a special key and access to my private GitHub repositories.

3. Your Account

To get the code, you must link your GitHub username and your Gumroad license key. You are responsible for keeping your account information private.

4. Ownership

I own the original code and the design of these tools. When you buy a license, you are allowed to use them to build your own projects.

5. Rules for Use

How you use the code is governed by my License Agreement. You cannot resell the starter kit itself as a standalone product.

6. Refunds

Because you get instant access to the full source code, I generally do not offer refunds. However, if you have a major problem, email me and I will look into it.

7. My Responsibility

I build these tools to help you, but I am not responsible for any issues or losses that happen when you use the code. Please make sure to test your projects before you launch them.

8. Changes

I might change these rules from time to time. If I make a big change, I will post it here.
